   HELP! Need change my online user name and password.
   I have the info written down.
   I have signed in several times with no problem.
   Last used early 2018. I have used the exact info as before and now I cannot sign in.
   HOW DO I CHANGE MY USER ID AND PASSWORD.

   I am not receiving Social Security at this point. I do have to sign up for Medicare…birthday is Nov.
   Do I need an appointment?

     Hi, Gwendolyn. Since you are not already getting retirement benefits, you should contact us about three months before your 65th birthday to sign up for Medicare.    It doesn’t matter what I click on…
   Why do you say we can sign up, use the Estimator, see what our benefits are, etc… when nothing is showing but a phone number and hours to call??

   I need an appointment at d’s office to fix a card problem. Lat time we waited almost 4 hours just to get information that dodent work. The debet card people hand no record of my at all. And you can’t just simply make an appointment on line it’s 1.5 he water by phone to make one

   I’ve been trying for 2 days to talk to someone from IRS, with no results. A phone recording says call back later and hangs up. I went on line but my question is not listed.
   I paid my taxes and have a photo copy of the canceled check yet I got a letter from you saying I owe the same amount I paid. What do I do? How do I appeal? Searching on line is terrible!!

   i received a fraudulent call two days ago saying my account was frozen due to unusual activity. I wrote and reported it. my question is this. Has my social security number been compromised? how do I find out.?

If you suspect someone is using your Social Security number, you should go to http://www.idtheft.gov and report the theft to the Federal Trade Commission or call 1-877-IDTHEFT (1-877-438-4338). In addition, you can order free credit reports annually from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and Trans Union).
