I would like to change my Direct Deposit over to the Direct Express Card but I’m not having any luck finding that. What do I need to do??

It is very hard to make my overpayment payments because the wait time on the phone is all day long and still do not get to speak with a representative to make my payment. There must be an easy way to do this. It takes me all week trying to get through at times. Please up, I want to make my payments.

    • A.C.

Hi, Melissa. We’re sorry that you’ve had difficulty reaching someone by phone. We may have been experiencing higher than normal call volume. For your security, we do not have access to information about your account. We ask that members in our Blog community refer to their local office on specific questions regarding their case. To make a payment arrangement, you should speak with a representative in person or over the telephone. You can also mail your payment to your local office. We hope this helps.

How do I change my direct deposit to an other Bank. Can I send to it to a bank outside the country ?

  6. Thomas L.

This is a joke! It’s supposed to be easy so they say, but after several attempts to set up an online account using what I know is correct information, the system says it can’t verify me. SO I call the number listed for help, jump through the hoops to try to obtain help only to be cut off and hung up on because they’re too busy!!!! Our Govt. fails again! Why should I be surprised!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Medicare application has been pending for 6 months. I live in Madrid and I applied through the US embassy in Madrid. I am now in the States for summer holiday and visited my local social security office in Hyannis, Ma. On July 15. They informed me that there was an error in my birth year. I returned with my birth certificate, and they fixed the ‘error’ and gave me an international phone number to call. I called that number 7 times (4109658042). I then called 4109652210, and was told they would get back to me in 2 business days. I Am currently without health insurance in the US. Please help.

    • A.C.
