I keep trying to call the 800 number and no matter what time of day I call, it states the office is currently closed and to call back after 8:00 a.m. I have tried calling after 8:00 in every time zone and receive the same message. When I call the local number, it automatically forwards to the 800 number. I am getting the run around. Please call the 800 number yourself and let me know if you get through. In the mean time, I need to find out how to report earning.
Thank you,
A.C.
Hi, Cathy. We are sorry to hear about your experience. You can report your wages online if you receive Social Security Disability (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). For more information, please visit here. We hope this helps.

I have paid into social security off and on for many many years. The SS office said they are taking what little I can receive and using it for my medicare. I also pay a hefty amount every year for medicare. Also am a widow which doesn’t seem to matter to the Petersburg SS office. Really want to know why my account has been suspended since Dec 21. Am working and still paying into social security. Need answers.
