   I requested a reset code and was sent one via mail. Now I am trying to use the reset code to update my account. The instructions say to go to http://www.socialsecurity.gov/myaccount and enter the reset code. THERE IS NO WHERE ON THE SCREEN TO ENTER THAT CODE!!!!
   Where do I enter the code?

     Hi, Barbara. We are sorry to hear you have had difficulty accessing your personal my Social Security account. If you are still unable to access an account or encounter a problem with your personal my Social Security account, you may:
     •Call us at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778), Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. At the voice prompt, say “helpdesk”; or
     •Contact your local Social Security office. We hope this helps.

   I have tried for days to set up my ssa account and it keeps saying it cannot verify information. I have checked EVERYTHING over and over again when I am entering my information, including verifying the legal way to input my address and it still will not verify. What do I need to do to find out what is not matching?

   Every time I try to create my account on your website (3 times) I keep getting the error msg that my information cannot be verified. Everything I entered is correct, I do not know what the problem is. Please help.

   You sent me a reset code letter. Where the heck on this site do you enter that code? All I get is that I’ve tried too many times, and thus have been locked out. But that’s the exact reason why you sent me the reset code! So that I could reset my password. Where do you go to do that? Because the directions in the letter don’t work!
