I used the temporary password but it did not work.

Is there a special screen to reset password rather than the regular sign in page? I got the password January 27 in St Augustine (2020). Is there a time limit for using it?

Hello I am trying to reset my social security account. I received a letter in the mail with my reset code but I cannot seem to find where to input that. I tried putting in as an activation code but it says that the code is incorrect even though I’ve tried a few times. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

    • Ann C.

Hi, Wayne. If you recently lost your job, you may be eligible to receive social services from the state in which you live. These services include Medicaid, free meals, housekeeping help, transportation or help with other situations, including unemployment benefits. You can get information about services in your area from your state or local social services or welfare office. We hope this helps.
