     Hi, Theresa. If you are still unable to access an account or encounter a problem with your personal my Social Security account, you may:
     •Call us at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778), Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. At the voice prompt, say “helpdesk”; or
     •Contact your local Social Security office. Thanks!

   I can’t set up an account cause you can’t verify who I am. Tells me to correct info. I can’t correct info that is already correct. I’ve been trying to set this account up for days. I’m not sure what correct info I should falsify to make you guys happy.

   i cant create an account it asks for a middle initial and i dont have a middle name

   I can’t set up an account because you can’t verify who I am. Tells me to correct the info and submit again. I can’t correct info that doesn’t need correcting. The info I have entered is correct. What more can a person do besides enter correct info?
