How do I find my original date of disability?

    • Ann C.

I have a problem signing into my ssa account. I forgot my username and password and when I give my information like my name dob ssn it says it couldn’t find me. How can I find my username and password without a rest code? And I’m inpatient to get my code In the mail. What can I do to get my account back? Can I ask social security to close my account and make a new one?

How accurate is the benefit amount when looking at my estimated SS benefits? Also, when is the 2023 COLA added to the estimated amounts on My Social Security Account?
