Compensated and rewarded. Very serious, don’t want to know, just compensated and rewarded and we all move forward: personal devices, email, bank account, storage lockers, motels, hotels, homeless shelters, … government ID, ebt accounts (“glitchy” – yolanda brown dchs Alexandria 1/6/22), official mail re: ebt. USA accounts have never been glitchy.
March 2021: tons of paperwork re: SS#, housing David’s place, alexandria, Va. No home – 4,5 openings – tons of vital info given. Contacted SSA phone#.

Concerns – SSA, any other gov accounts: glitches. unreceived official mail.

I tried to create my Social Security account for the first time following the news that having an online account is fast and practical, thus once I tried to create my account with Login.gov my account due to a minor error got locked out permanently, not temporary but permanently. Not fair, and I was eager to create my account. Now I can’t every time I try to create, my account is suspended. Login.gov told me to contact the SSA helpdesk because of this issue. The helpdesk is not answering the phone. So I’m wondering when and how do I create an account now? Tell me, please? Please reinstate the system and don’t use the permanently or suspend the accounting methodology. We want easy access without losing our time online. The callback option doesn’t work. You should have live chat online instead. We want the good old SSA online and tools, not ID.me or other logins. You are locking out information from ourselves.

    Thank you.

It would be beneficial to many of us for you to provide an option for downloading 1099s as well as the other documents currently available for that purpose. I have still not received mine via USPS, even though I know it is “en route”. They will not give me mail over the counter because it is apparently already sorted for delivery. 🙁 I therefore have had to wait until today – February 1 – to download it. I hope my social security number is NOT in the one that is currently stuck somewhere. And I STILL do not have the one sent via USPS
