Is it possible to locate my brother by his SSN…he is somewhere in Massapequa Park, NY. I’m concerned because I have not heard from him since 2012 when Hurricane Sandy hit there, and do not know if he and my sister in law are well or not, if he perhaps moved or changed jobs, etc. His SSN is 116562368 Stephen Jay Dubitsky

Why can’t electronic benefits be issued on the first of the month…EVERY month? The latency costs me money in late payments.

per NJ landlord/tenant law, they canot charge you late fees because your check comes after the first. you are entitled to at least a 5 day “grace period”. search NJ landlord tenant law and you will find it. if your landlord refuses to comply, you are also entitled to a free lawyer to help with the situation in your county.

per NJ landlord/tenant law, you are entitled to a “grace period” of about 5 days, meaning your landlord cannot charge you late fees during this time. search NJ landlord/tenant law and you’ll find this. if your landlord refuses to comply, you are also entitled to a free lawyer/council for housing in your county. find the law, send it to your landlord, and see what happens. but, i suggest finding that free lawyer ASAP.

I have a 26 year old daughter who requires full-time in-home care. I. Have dedicated my life to making sure she is taking care of. As her mother I couldn’t even consider any care for her but my mom and dad (dad). The level of care is to extreme. She has to be suctioned frequently and spends a great deal of time with aspiration pneumonia. I can’t afford health insurance on minimum wage and the state says I don’t qualify or they cut Medicaid off 2 months later. Any suggestions for health or dental programs? We don’t get out much because of Felicias health but I can get online. Leaving her side is not an option I would continue to go without first. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
