      Hi, Aurea. Once you have accessed your personal my Social Security account, you can visit security settings. Scroll down until you see update email. From there you can update your email address. encounter a problem with your personal my Social Security account, you may:
      •Call us at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778), Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. At the voice prompt, say “helpdesk”; or
      •Contact your local Social Security office. We hope this helps.

      Hi Raymond. Please realize you may not need a replacement card. You will rarely need to show it. Knowing your Social Security number is what is important. However, if you must get a replacement card, and if you live in one of the States shown on the map here, we have good news! You can use your personal my Social Security account to get a replacement Social Security card. We hope this helps.

You can ask to speak to a manager on your next visit or call. You can also submit feedback by visiting our “Contact Social Security” page. Once there, select the “Email Us” link. This will take you to the “Email Our Support Team” form. We hope this matter gets resolved quickly.
