If you need to call to set up an appointment in the future, you’ll have a shorter wait time if you call later in the day. Thanks!

      Hi Larry. To find out how many credits you have earned, you can access your Social Security Statement online at any time by creating a personal my Social Security account. With a my Social Security account, you can review estimates of your retirement, disability, and survivors benefits, your earnings record, and the estimated Social Security and Medicare taxes you’ve paid. To correct your date of birth, you will need to complete an Application for a Social Security Card along with supporting documentation including your birth certificate.       Hi Leilani. Thank you for your question. In order to adjust the taxes that are being withheld from your Social Security benefit, you must start by completing and submitting the IRS Voluntary Withholding Request Form (Form W-4V). On this form, you can choose to have 7, 10, 12, or 22 percent of your monthly benefit withheld. We hope this helps.

    Hi, My brother had a stroke about 2 months ago, he’s currently in a rehab in Downey, Ca. He doesn’t have his S/S number and Medi-Cal says the number he’s giving them isn’t right !
