My mother, Barbara Mae Johnson, passed away a month ago, I was POA, my brother Executor, he has cancer, so yesterday I became Executor for my dad. Can I ask what needs to be done so that it is recorded she has passed and for payments to her account stopped? I have the death certificates and the Codicil to their will.

  9. Susan C.

Can somebody please help me. I forgot my password.

  10. Jen C.

It is really inaccurate to say we can see our social security estimate on line when you actually DON’T always show it. I am currently NOT receiving my benefits, I AM receiving survivor benefits. But I can’t see what my benefits will be on my own social security either if I claim it at 66 or if I claim it at 70. Your site actually is not very helpful – which is sad because in-person help is difficult at best.
