  3. I needed to replace my lost Social Security card. I went online and created “my social security account”. I then entered a password which contains letter including a capital, number and finally two other characters from the upper line of the keyboard, Three time I entered this password and each time it was not accepted and informed me that I needed to do exactly what I had previously done for the password. Not happy at all which leaves me with the only alternative of telephoning the Social Security office.
