I don’t understand why my birthdate is wrong by one day as far as my recent tax and SSA data. It was correct until a few years ago I believe.
How can I fix this wrong birthdate and what does a certified copy of a document mean ? How would I certify my original birth certificate if I do not want to mail the original ?

    Thank you
    Victor
