   I just moved to San Antonio, TX for a job. Our house in AZ was packed up and in storage.
   I need to have a social security card in order to register my truck and obtain a drivers license and tags for my truck.
   Problem is, I do not know where my social security card is located in the two storage lockers, with over a 100 boxes.
   How can I obtain a new cart?

     Hi Ivonne. First, realize you may not need a replacement card. You will rarely need to show it. Knowing your Social Security number is what is important.    Does a minor have to be present to get a replacement social security card. He does have a valid US passport.

    I became US citizen in 2011, and I have not called to change my social security number. How can I do that online?

      Congratulations, An! You will need to visit your local Social Security office or your local Social Security Card Center to update your Social Security record. Please bring with you, your Certificate of Naturalization and complete an application for a replacement card. All documents you submit must be either originals or certified copies by the issuing agency. We cannot accept photocopies or notarized copies of documents. Any documents you provide will be returned to you.
