    Why is this site so complex and obscure? I am trying to follow the explicit instructions on your form I received at one of your offices, but the instructions cannot be followed as written. Why have such complexity and user unfriendliness?

    Yes I need to redo my social security profile account to be able to update address it won’t let me in to update my account

    I currently mentor a student in our high school. She knows her social security number, but does not have a paper copy of it.
    She has asked her parents to help her get a paper copy, but they haven’t helped her yet.
    She will turn 18 in December. At that point, can she do this process herself? She thinks since we live in Nebraska and the age of ‘adult’ is 19 here that she cannot do it herself until she turns 19.
    Can you clarify this for us?
