I can not find the information I need. I have tried to reach our local office by phone and I get put on hold for hours, and never get any help. I end up hanging up.
We went to the local office, wait in line for an hour , talk to someone and still get the wrong information.
We went in on Aug. 27, 2018, got some help, mailed in our paperwork on Aug.27, 2018, and received our paperwork back on September 12, 218 saying we needed to make corrections on our paperwork and return it.
I have been calling local and federal offices to get help, and trying to find what I need online. I still can not get the information I need to complete our forms.
This process should not be this hard to do.
My name is Kathryn A Lobry, wife of Robert A Lobry
