I cannot create an account on the mySocialSecurity website because I don’t have a middle name. I entered my first and last name, DOB, SSN, address and phone number and hit enter. I keep getting an error message asking for a middle initial. I have no middle initial. After 3 failed attempts, it has now locked my account down. I called the 1-800 number to get help and there was a 45 minute wait so I hung up. How do I create an account online with no middle name? I’m not the only one with this problem. Can’t find an answer online either. Thank you.
