I usually get my SS by direct deposit on about the 22nd. I got my stimulus of $1200, but not my SS. When can I expect it?

  6. Albert

Been getting SSDI for disability it’s my only source of income been receiving it for many years I’ve too checked the “Get My Payment” tool and continuously says “Payment Status Not Available” There’s a number of people I know who have Social Security Retirement they got there stimulus today April 29. I’m assuming VA & SSI recipients will get there’s in early May but what about SSDI recipients says we’re eligible but I’ve yet to see anything. I don’t make enough to file taxes. In 2008 I had direct deposit set up then but still got that stimulus in check form and mailed to me. So just maybe it’s coming by check. What’s crazy is you can’t call anybody or email to inquire about this they put warnings out there beware of scams but if you can’t call anyone or inquire about your stimulus how would one ever know if it falls into the wrong hands. Oh well it’s a waiting game. Be safe out there people. ?

Social Security, survivor and disability non-filers will see economic impact payments in their bank accounts by April 29, according to a Treasury spokeswoman.

      – SSI non-filers should begin seeing payments in early May.

Others around me with the same bank as I have got their stimulus money and get ssdi. But I have not. How do I know if I will get one and how do I find out. I have looked through the website and I do qualify but haven’t received anything. I did read that today 4/29/2020 SSDI was getting their checks and like i said people I know did. Also when i put my info in for wheres my check it says unavailable or something on that line. If anyone can help with this answer that would be great. Thanks.
