How can I get a current 2018 earnings statement for my 92 year old Father, William H Waters, at his current mailing address of 23 Carol Court Procidence, RI 02909? He is not able to remember any of the questions you ask. I am his power of attorney. And we need a current statement to apply for Medicaid in Connecticut.

    Thank you,
    Margot Waters Warner

Hello Margot. Social Security beneficiaries can get a benefit verification letter by using their my Social Security account.
However, it sounds like your father needs help managing his Social Security benefits. Please consider becoming his Representative Payee.
A representative payee is different than having “Power of Attorney”. As a representative payee, it will make it easier for you in the future to update information on your father’s record.
When friends or family are not able to serve as payees, Social Security looks for qualified organizations to be representative payees. In his case, if he is at a nursing home, you can talk with the nursing facility manager or administrator about this important issue, they will contact us if they have specific questions or to understand the facility’s responsibilities.
      Thanks!

I am the mother of Rick Del Merrill, and his medical and financial power of attorney holder. Paperwork has been completed for Rick Del Merrill’s Social Security Disability; a copy of the Doctor at Denver Health diagnosis of life expectancy of 6 months has been “scanned” into the Social Security DDS files at the Lakewood, Colorado office. Are you able to give me an estimate of the amount of his SS Disability so I am able to proceed with a care facility/arrangement for my son, Rick.

Since I am denied access to my statement on line, Please mail me my statements now and in the future. I used my log in and password and was denied. Apparently SS must have changed my ID or Password without telling me. Unless your system is not working or outdated. It did not give me the option to send me a temp password. This is Sat 6/23/2018 I can’t take off on weekends. I need my info when I need it, Please stop changing my information.
    Thank You,
For my security I do not want my name and Email saved.
