Update on Economic Impact Payments for Social Security and SSI Beneficiaries

Beginning today, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will issue Economic Impact Payments (EIP) to approximately 1.4 million SSI recipients with representative payees and 10.4 million Social Security beneficiaries with representative payees.

The IRS will issue the EIPs via direct deposit and Direct Express starting today, May 22, to the same direct deposit account or Direct Express card as the recipient’s monthly Social Security or SSI payment. Paper check EIPs will be mailed starting May 27.

    I am confused. It says above we will receive payment as an automatic deposit to same account as social security. But, I received a paper check in mail on 23 rd. Is this correct.

    I got a date of may 28 from the “get my payment” tool but it says

    “We scheduled your payment to be deposited on May 28, 2020 to the bank account below.

    Bank Account Number: ************”

    Even though I have a direct Express card and no active savings account of any kind.

      No second round of stimulus has been passed.

    Trump is in charge of the IRS and SSA. Trump’s name is on the paper stimulus check. He will also send you a notice through the IRS.

    You have your Second Amendment rights to bear arms, but don’t bring your guns to the Trump rallies. You will be banned.

    Poor white trash cannot attend. The rallies are by invitation only. Remember to vote for Trump 2020. Keep America Great.

Trump is going to be the riches president to have ever left the White House and you poor people are prompted to vote for him again. What more does he have to do to show you how self-serving he is?       I am on SSDI. I did not receive my EIP. No cheque. No direct deposit. I received SSDI payment through direct deposit. June is almost here. Will it still come?

    It is fake news people are not getting their Economic Impact Payment. Trump is paying all those scheduled to be paid. Trump is not responsible for the COVID-19 response or someone stealing your identity.

    The Nigerian crime ring probably used your stolen social security number and personal information to file under the IRS non-filer tool. Your money has been stolen.

    I have received mind either I believe someone hold them tell the first so they don’t have to do it but once. Disable people mean nothing to most of them. They want us to die. We can’t bring them anymore money. Just how 8 feel and I see some on high react to disable people. I am a direct deposit social security senior and I haven’t got anything and filled out my information incase they say it’s not their . But this is how we been treated.     I have no pep psyre and receive social security disability. And have yet to receive anything. The get my payment portal states it was scheduled for deposit on 5/29/2020. What happened

      I am on Social Security disability and every time I try to use get my payment portal for the IRS it says invalid birthday will I know what my birthday is and you so security has been with me since officially 2011 so I do not understand
