younger woman teaching older woman on laptop (for post)There’s probably been a time in your life when you’ve wondered, “Can I do this online instead of visiting a Social Security office?” The answer is more than likely yes, and you can find more information about our online services on our website. Online, you can apply for retirement and disability benefits, appeal a decision, and do much more.

We’ve organized our Online Services webpage into four popular categories for easy navigation:

  • Review Your Information. You can access your secure, personal information and earnings history to make sure everything is correct.
  • Apply for Benefits. You can apply for retirement, disability, and Medicare benefits without having to visit a local Social Security office.
  • Manage Your Account. You can change your direct deposit information and your address, if you are receiving benefits, online.
  • Find Help and Answers. You can find answers to your most frequently asked questions, as well as links to publications and other informational websites.

You can also access personalized information with your personal my Social Security account. This is a useful resource even if you are not receiving benefits. You can:

  • Request a replacement Social Security number or Medicare card.
  • Get personalized retirement benefit estimates.
  • Get estimates for spouse’s benefits.
  • Print proof that you do not receive benefits.
  • Check your application or appeal status.
  • Read your Social Security Statement.

If you are receiving benefits, you can:

  • Request a replacement Social Security number or Medicare card.
  • Set up or change direct deposit.
  • Print a Social Security 1099 (SSA-1099) form.
  • Opt out of mailed notices for those available online.
  • Print a benefit verification letter.
  • Change your address.

Please let your family and friends know they can do much of their business with us online.

People working in this office are HORRIBLE. I have called the office MANY MANY times, leaving many messages, looking for Erin, the women who processed my application for my daughters name change on her card. It was sent to the wrong address due to a mistake on my part as I was living in a hotel while she was in the hospital and I relocated to a cheaper hotel, never changing the address on the original application. I have NEVER received a callback. I need to know if I need to fill out a new application, do I need her medical records, is her name changed in the system, among other things. I called to speak to a supervisor and the man that answered was the rudest person I have EVER spoken to. He REFUSED to let me speak with a supervisor. He told he me that he never would have processed my app because I didn’t have my daughters medical record with the app however I was told from someone at that very office, only a license and her birth certificate was necessary to get her last name changed. When I tried to ask him for more info about it, he cut me off and transferred me to Erins voicemail once again. I have no way of knowing if her name was ever even changed. I don’t know what’s going on at all and no one will tell me. The man also hung up point blank on my mother when she tried to get answers. He should be fired. I’ve never been so frustrated and I don’t know what makes them think they can just treat people or ignore them the way they do with something so important! What can I do?

I just need to change my phone number please. My new phone number is 765-969-8394. I called Friday to have it changed and the social security administration set up my direct Express card. The representative did not call direct Express to change it and I should receive my Benefits on the 1st of June. 2021. My new phone number is 765-969-8394. I would appreciate

In fact, in order to get such a document, you need to write a lot of applications and even essays. I have already had to do it myself, so I can share my experience. I am not a master at writing various texts and complicated conceptual stories. That’s why it was easier for me to find a list of such companies at https://onlinewritersrating.com/ and ask them directly for help. So I hope I was able to help and it was useful to someone.
