  1. I need a replacement SSCard. I filled out the SS5 form but SSgov says it will not process. I might have made a mistake or left something out but I don’t know what. I can not retrieve the application. It also won’t let me do another one. At least not I haven’t been able to.

  2. Good Luck getting one online/OR/for that matter getting any help. Rudest most uncooperative people ever. Between “not my department, we don’t do that”, to “I don’t know” got exactly no where. One of them didn’t even know the address I needed to send the application (with my “original” drivers license in the MAIL! R they crazy? Just need a replacement SSCard AND ONLINE DOES NOT WORK!

  3. I filled out the information for my replacement card as it was when I applied years ago, but that was not correct, so I don’t know what info i need to put down so that the original information can be located.

  5. Don’t understand why a password could not be given to me via email. Why do I have to have it sent to my address, which means another delay in getting a social security card replacement.
