An agent at social security office was very kind to create my social security account for me, but since then, I do not have the tab “my profile” when I log on my account. I’ve gone 3 times to the social security office and nobody seem to propose a solution. What should I do to get that “my profile” tab showing on my account please ?

Hi, Myriam. If you are still unable to access your account or encounter a problem with your personal my Social Security account, you may:
•Call us at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778), Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. At the voice prompt, say “helpdesk”; or
•Contact your local Social Security office. We hope this helps.

Ms Bogle I think you are doing a great job so far. Please lose the interim in front of your title. I have one question for you , if you ha e the time. I use Direct Express because of nominal or no fees. are accessed.
Who do I call at the Treasury Department when they Comerica Direct Express has begun ripping.me off every time I lose my phone charges appear in my card. I dispute them tell them how it happens and sign a an affidavit, yet all they do to the merchant is speak to them via phone and always side with the merchant. In Dec 2017 I got taken for almost $600 and this year I got robbed of 568. Who can I speak to for help. My.patience is limited having brain ,5 back surgeries , losing my right foot and 3 follow up surgeries and stage 4 cancer . I need it all for my co pay. I was sick for 8 years before I would take money from SS. PLEASE. ASSIST ME IF YOU CAN.
