    Hello,
I am trying to create an account for the first time. After going through the process and entering all the correct info. I received this message:

“We cannot create an account for the Social Security number you entered.”

What is the reason for this happening and how can this be recitfied. Has someone other than me created an account using my SSN? Please confirm ASAP.

This is the most irritating exsperience I have had , trying to get answers to questions on this site is completely useless and calling is just as bad you get no where or the person on the phone does not know what they are doing or talking about , the only answer you can get is everything is pending , if you owed the government they would beat down your door to get what is owed to it but if the government owes you it is pending , this is the worse crap to have to deal with and the people are just plain stupid , you can do something about ignorance but you can not fix stupid and these people are just plain stupid

Can a legally appointed individual guardian open a My SSA account on behalf of their ward?

  10. Robert V.

Can’t login to ‘MY’ account. The saved info was said to be incorrect. Seems to occur every time I attempt to login.
Now wait for a letter to be sent, then try again.
I just want a copy of the award letter, can’t even phone anymore. But then, you’ve all been fired to reduce spending, have to communicate with a machine.
P.S. your search function is incapable of returning anything relevant PERIOD! What a waste of funds.
