Get a Replacement Social Security Tax Form Online With Ease

    I need a Benefit Statement as I cannot find one for 2018. I tried to set up an account on the internet but “goofed up” the user name and password and now the program won’t let me start over trying a new user name and password. How do I remedy this situation so I can set up an on-line account? I admit I am not a great computer user. Thanks.
