My mother passed away December 29, 2017.
We need a copy of her 1099 for taxes.
Her address had changed and we did not get all of her mail transferred.
How can we get a copy of her 1099?

We’re sorry to hear about the loss of your mother, Charlie. In certain cases, we may disclose SSA-1099 information from the record of a deceased person, only to a survivor of the deceased and only if we are able to establish the relationship of the survivor to the deceased based on SSA records.
You will need to go into the local Social Security office with proper identification and supporting documents to make a request for a replacement SSA-1099.

Need to find out where I can put in a W-4P form to have taxes with held from my monthly deposit. unsure if I have to go to the a local office or if there is an address I have to send it to. It is an hours wait for online and never sure how long to get into a service rep at the local office. personnel are good about getting things done, but do not want to wait forever and find it a useful effort. Telephone electronic’s is just frustrating.
