This. BEND Oregon office makes a big point out of
Not having to honor state court Judgments or laws Obviously not properly Appling the Supremacy claws. I can prove this office does not follow fedral social security rules or laws… They are effectively hurting people unnecessarily with there feelings or personal opinions and runaround tactics completely bypassing Social Security rules and laws. 507,504, 18 U.S.C. S 101,
Generation of correspondence that are not sent, = No appeal so they make there own personal choice based on opinions and not policy or law.
Habitually changing phone numbers to manipulate out comes.= Missing a phone review means they make a personal choice and in my experience selectively.
And Discrimination against protected classes…
Fedral employees are explicitly forbidden from Manipulation of fedral electronic and written documents.
My assessment from direct experience…
Rico conspiracy to defrod the public at worst!
At least over site and Adminastrative repercussions!
Thank you!
Sincerely Thomas Pepion

Dear Mr. Frank Bisignano,
The System is broken, I an the Original Payee of my minor child. Resided with my self his entire life. I have a court parenting plan provided to social scurity stating I have 313 overnights. My child medical, school abd birth certificate state the same address until…
His other parent (52) days and absent for years decided to not return my child after a three day visit. He addaed his name so easily on FLVS according to Social Security and this gave him ALL RIGHTS to being new payee and in upon of easily collecting money ILLEGALLY now this enables him to never return my child because he is getting paid this is how children are EXPLOITED.
I visited Social Security Office Deland Florida every month for the past five askinf them for HELP and answers, all they do is rush me out the door with NO ANSWERS and then told me to show proof:
1) That I have my child
2) Papers stating I can collect benefits
3) Reluctance to talk to me stating Im not the payee
4) Reluctance to answer what gave them the right to switch anything so easily with no birth certificate or social security card, medical records, proof of residence for any amount of time
5) Any necessary court papers they are requiring of me from the other party
THIS IS INSANITY, yet still I provided everything such as the father being in “willful contempt” and yet they turn the blind eye and will not even suspend the account.

For almost three months, we have been attempting to obtain accurate information from the local SSA field office through multiple in-person visits and document requests. Unfortunately, we have been unable to get any clear status updates despite repeated attempts. Additionally, the Congressman’s office sent a congressional inquiry on June 24, 2025, and as of July 28, 2025 (over 30 days later), there has been no response. We have been informed that their office has sent a follow-up request.
At this point, we urgently request:
1. Current SSI Status: What is the current status of our SSI benefits?
2. Concerns: Are there any pending actions, gaps, any outstanding balances, or concerns related to our SSI accounts?
3. Health Benefits: A detailed list of all active health benefits (Medicaid/Medicare) tied to our SSI eligibility, and whether there are any concerns about coverage, gaps in the coverage, or pending actions.
4. Representative Payee Application: Status of the SSA-11 (Representative Payee) forms submitted in person on May 13, 2025, at the local field office to designate our daughter as our payee.
5. Online Access: A clear explanation for why online access to our SSA accounts was denied, as the local office has not provided a reason.
Given that we are of advanced age and, therefore, dependent on SSI and Medicaid/Medicare for our well-being, we request that a written response confirming our benefit status, as listed above, be expedited and sent via email and mail to our mailing address.
We have been attempting to contact the regional/federal office, as well as centralized customer service, via email, fax, and phone, but have been unsuccessful, as everyone has referred us to the local office. Therefore, it appears that the next level is the Commissioner of the SSA.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and consideration.

For almost three months, we have been trying to obtain accurate information from the local SSA field office at 3250 Craig Dr, McKinney, TX 75070 through multiple in-person visits and document submissions, including Representative Payee forms and SSA-787 forms. SSA has been harassing me and my mother since 2022-Apr when the USPS failed to deliver a check for my mother, 97 at the time. It took until 2022-Dec before it was replaced. Then in 2023-Mar SSA claimed that she was over paid. Despite detailed documentation SSA could not understand their error. Then that year 2023 my mother passed away. The last check was mailed to her. It was retuned. But the SSA claimed it was not. I turned it in to the SSA office and have a receipt. They also claimed the erroneous overpayment of 2022. I sent more documentation. But before I had part of my SS benefit solen by SSA in the false claim of an over payment. 2 payments were reduced. Then without explanation I started to get the full payment amount. SSA needs to admit its mistake and return the money they stole.

Hello, I would like to know how I can get more money from ssdi? You see my mom passed in December and we had her social security to run the house but now all we have is my ssdi and it doesn’t make it the whole month. I’m I emailing the right person or someone else. Please let me know. Thank you Gwennie Case

While all the improvements are being made to the Social Security system, please add people’s middle name back to all documentation. Apparently there is a Social Security policy written by who knows who, that removed middle names from People’s legal names. Many people are known by their middle name and original SS cards have the middle name on them. Please put the middle names back!
Thank you for considering!

Love that Frank Bisignano is the Commissioner of SSA. I worked in the fintech industry for the Commissioner for several years. He’s a talented, goal oriented, and performance focused leader with a rich portfolio of successful enterprises. Glad he’s in charge of my SS dollars and that he’s embracing DOGE. I’d work for him in a minute. Can’t wait to see the improvements.

Hi Deb,
The SS is worse than before. They cannot update the earnings after they received W2 you have to wait 3 years!!!!!!!!. already passed 6 months and nothing happened. This is the first time when i have such a problem. I think you review is not quite credible.

Maybe I’ve misunderstood, but I thought this is a forum for posting questions and comments to which someone from the SS Administration would reply. The policy states, “We do our best to respond timely to comments and questions, but we only respond during Eastern Time zone business hours.” I have not received a reply to my July 3 post and I’m not seeing replies to others. Has anyone received a reply? And if this is not a forum for SS Administration replies, how best to contact them? I’ve already had unsuccessful phone and in-person conversations with SS representatives — looking to escalate to someone higher up.

I’m with you on this. I’ve had no success with the low life people that work at SSA and they are about to withhold 2 of my payments instead of making a payment arrangement. All the fraud of the illegals and dead people and they want to take back money I paid into all my life because I made more than the “whopping” $23,400 limit. I have 2 years until full retirement age but they need to overhaul this

Mr. Bisignano, is anyone there? Still waiting for replies from the SS Administration to this comment and my comment posted on July 3. Is this a legitimate SS forum?
