I have tried several times to get a temporary password since mine does not work any more. Each time I request one it says it will get 5 to 10 days to receive it by mail and
I never get one in the mail. Perhaps you don’t have my current address on file even though I get mailings from you from time to time.
I try to call the SS office and never get to talk to an agent.
Please help me out

I need a Social Security statement for my mother,Elizabeth M Bulmahn(*** – ** – ***). She is in a nursing and Social Services requires one. She may be gettin S.S. under my father Robert H Bulmahn(*** – ** – ***)
R.F.
Hi Glenn, If your mother needs proof she gets Social Security benefits, Supplemental Security (SSI) Income or Medicare, she can request a benefit verification letter online by creating a my Social Security account.
If she needs help managing her Social Security benefits, you may be interested in applying to become your mother’s representative payee. If approved to serve as your mother’s representative payee, it will make it easier for you in the future to update account information for her.
When friends or family are not able to serve as payees, Social Security looks for qualified organizations to be representative payees. In this case, the nursing facility may consider applying to be the representative payee. Please consider talking with the nursing facility manager or administrator about this important issue, they will contact us if they have specific questions or to understand the facility’s responsibilities. We understand how inconvenient this may be for you, but hope you understand our role in protecting everyone’s personal information.
Please call our toll free number at 1-800-772-1213 for further assistance. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Or you can contact your local Social Security office.
We hope this information helps!
