What form do I need to complete so she can receive hers in the mail.?

Thanks for your question, Charles. The cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) notices for 2018 are mailed during the month of December, so your wife should be receiving her notice soon. Hi James, if you’re referring to the cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) notices for 2018, these letters are mailed during the month of December. If you’re referring to the Form SSA-1099, which is a tax form and it shows the total amount of benefits you received from Social Security in the previous year. These forms are mailed each year, during the month of January. Thanks!
