Earlier this week, The White House issued national guidance regarding Opening Up America Again. We are evaluating this information as it relates to our agency and are continuing to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation across the nation. In fulfilling Social Security’s mission, when we reopen offices to the public, we will provide a safe environment for both the people we serve and our employees.

As we continue to develop our plans, our offices will remain closed to the public for face-to-face service, and our employees will continue to work remotely and provide services to the public. We will provide updates moving forward and post updated information on the status of our offices, by state, at our website. Our agency will provide these updates directly, and please disregard other sources of information regarding the status of our offices.

We will continue to provide the vital service the public relies on. Please visit our website for more information about our services during the pandemic.

In total agreement, I agree with the above comments…with seniors getting the vaccine, it is time to open soon.
    Ms. Frankel, very frustrated.

Recently started my own business and decided to read some articles, here is one of them. Learn More Here with this article I learned a lot of new things and things that I most likely would not have even learned about if I hadn’t decided to read it. The guys explain everything in easy to understand language for the average user. The support here is amazing, they helped me with all the questions that I would not have been able to handle on my own. Now I can calmly control my team to manage multiple communication channels, and what is most important for me is the response time, it became much faster after reading this article. If you are just like me in planning to make a good profit, then this article is definitely for you.

I can say that I have always partnered with and intend to work with Salesforce because that business solution really works and works as well as possible. But many people don’t even know exactly how to consider where to review the group implementation guide for https://www.ergonized.com/blog/sugarcrm-vs-salesforce/ . I learned a lot before, for example, and I don’t regret it. It helps so much. I hope I could help you too, good luck. Good luck.

I submitted an updated address information form and request for SSN verification at the Orlando CARD center in the middle of December and up to this date there hasn’t been any correspondence from the local office. Phone calls go unanswered. What are they doing to earn a paycheck?

    • V.V.

For your security, Pedro, we do not have access to private information in this venue. We ask that members in our Blog community work with our offices with specific questions. You can call us at 1-800-772-1213 for assistance or you can call your local Social Security office. Please look for the general inquiry telephone number at the Social Security Office Locator. The number may appear under Show Additional Office Information. Please be aware that our call wait times are longer than normal. We hope this information helps.

When will Social Security offices reopen? Using USPS to send/receive original documents is unacceptable. USPS is not a reliable method. Thye lose documents/ damage documents. delay documents. this week I received a damaged mailpiece in a clear USPS covering that was postmarked NOv 27, 2020. This not the first delayed document I have received. Who knows how many mailpieces I NEVER received. Open your offices..every one else is…plexiglass, distancing, even phone/video internally at SS office to discuss and then pass documents back and forth like drive thru banks do. Just have gov print some money up for SS to handle basic stuff.
