The IRS will issue the EIPs via direct deposit and Direct Express starting today, May 22, to the same direct deposit account or Direct Express card as the recipient’s monthly Social Security or SSI payment. Paper check EIPs will be mailed starting May 27.

Visit our website to learn about EIPs and representative payees. You can find the eligibility requirements and other information about the EIPs at the IRS’ Economic Impact Payment Information Center.

You were claimed as a dependent, therefore you are not eligible for any stimulus payment.

My wife and I have not received an “economic stimulus payment”. Our 2018 adj gross income was about $ 86,000.00. Are we eligible and , if so, could we still receive it.?

    • Donald I.

If your combined income is $ 86,000.00. Why would you want more money? That’s called greed Pal!

I am a SS beneficiary who have received my monthly payments by direct deposit to my bank account for the pass 18 years. I was informed in April that my CARE stimulus payment would be sent May 1. Today is May 22 and still no payment. Where’s My Payment is still stating will be sent May 1. Even if it were to be a check mailed, USPS delivery Washington DC to Dallas is not THAT SLOW. Why is govt hanging on to stimulus payments for qualified independent beneficiaries?

  10. Felix V.

I am a US citizen living overseas. I have not received the stimulus payment as of today. I regularly receive my SS monthly benefit by Direct Deposit to my bank on my country of residence at this time.
