      •Call us at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778), Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. At the voice prompt, say “help desk”; or

    I need to make payments on behalf of my husband (for overpayment of his Soc. Sec). I sent one payment already on Sept. 27th. The check still has not come back to my bank for deduction. Why is this taking so long and I got a 2nd notice saying they haven’t received payment yet (Philadelphia office). And can I make a payment on line?     I have completed an application. I was told I could submit it online. There is no “button” to do that on the application pages. The only button is “save and exit” or “Return to application”. How do I “submit” the application? Thank you.
