Need a Replacement Social Security Card?

You can now apply for a replacement Social Security card online using your personal my Social Security account. If you meet all requirements and live in some states or the District of Columbia, you can start using this service today. Go to www.socialsecurity.gov/myaccount for more information.

    My daughter needs a replacement card. The local office does not answer the phone during business hours and you only get a message after. She can not request online because she is a minor. I have printed the application but need an address to mail it to. I can not reach my local office to know if this is the correct address or if they are even processing requests.
