Hello Patricia. You may be referring to Direct Express. For questions and assistance relating to Direct Express cards, you may call the Direct Express helpline at 1-800-333-1795 for support.
To change your address, you can create a personal my Social Security account which allows you to change your address online. If you are receiving Supplemental Security Income, you should contact your local office immediately. We hope this helps. Thanks!

Hi Leroy, thank you for your question. First, realize you may not need a replacement card. You will rarely need to show it. Knowing your Social Security number is what is important. However, if you must get a replacement card, you may be able to apply online. If you do not qualify to apply online, then you can apply by mail or visit your local office with required documentation. All documents must be either originals or certified copies. I have been an exchange program student (an international student) in the U.S. between 2002-2004 and had my social security card (SSN) during my studies. Now I am back in my country and have recently received a practicum offer from a U.S. based organization. However, I seem to have misplaced my SSN and would like to know if I can get a replacement card or something for my official application for that offer?
