If you do not qualify to apply online, then you can apply by mail or visit your local office with required documentation. All documents must be either originals or certified copies. I want to get a Texas drivers license and need a social security card. I can’t rememv one answer and now I have to wait 10 days by mail to even get online due to forgetting one answer. This is not fair. I just want a replacement card. That is all I want. We are leaving Texas soon. I need help
