No Need to Visit a Field Office: Replace Your SSA-1099 Benefit Statement Online

The Benefit Statement is also known as the SSA-1099 or the SSA-1042S. Now you have the ability to download it anytime and anywhere you want using our online services. There’s no need to visit a field office.
An SSA-1099 is a tax form Social Security mails each year in January to people who receive Social Security benefits. It shows the total amount of benefits you received from Social Security in the previous year so you know how much Social Security income to report to IRS on your tax return.
If you currently live in the United States and you need a replacement form SSA-1099 or SSA-1042S, simply go online and request an instant, printable replacement form with a personal my Social Security account.
A replacement SSA-1099 or SSA-1042S is typically available for the previous tax year after February 1.
If you already have a personal my Social Security account, you should access your online account and go to “Replacements Documents” to view and print your SSA-1099 or SSA-1042S. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can save the document on your computer or laptop and email it. If you don’t have a personal my Social Security account, creating a secure account is very easy to do and usually takes less than 15 minutes.
If you’re a noncitizen who lives outside of the United States and you received or repaid Social Security benefits last year, we will send you form SSA-1042S instead. The forms SSA-1099 and SSA-1042S are not available for people who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Hi, John. In order to have taxes withheld or to change your withholding amount from your Social Security benefit, you must start by printing, completing and submitting an IRS Voluntary Withholding Request Form (Form W-4V). On this form, you can choose to have 7, 10, 12, or 22 percent of your monthly benefit withheld. The Form W-4V (to withhold federal taxes from your Social Security benefits) can be returned to your local Social Security office by mail or in person. I wanted to report as well as verify with social security that the Direct Express Card Company that the Dept of Treasury recommended that I get, suddenly changed and my replacement cards were being shipped from 9601 Amber Glenn Blvd, Austin, Texas. I later found that this 3rd party are using the company name of “The Conduit”. Perhaps they were trying to be funny or referencing the actual conduit that is under the property I purchased when I was 19 years old. The same property that someone did total Loan fraud and evicted me from, all illegally of course, The actual cards have changed as well, the MasterCard logo of (MC) no longer was on the cards when viewed under UV light as well as the first 4 numbers of the card were not printed directly under the embossed first 4 numbers, as MasterCard has placed for security.Those two features are security features of the Master Card corp. There is something very strange in all of this. I will also report this to The Dept of Treasury to investigate as well as the Direct Express. Direct Express office is in San Antonio, Texas not Austin. Someone stole my identity totally. They have committed state as well as federal violations of law. Much bank fraud I have also found, I will report that to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. I have been reporting these things yet no one seems to be able to get any correspondence from me what so ever. I caught my neighbor Barbara England Mullins Freiberg placing some of the fraud mail into my box. Barbara had a niece named Cindy Frazier( they also use the name MIller) that supposedly died many years ago, by shooting herself in the stomach on the canal. She was pregnant by Anthony Ramirez. Who I met using the name Kenny Thomas. Cindy didn’t die she is very much alive. It would be wise to verify her death with a federal investigation. cindy’s Mother works/worked at a bank in Stockton, CA for years. The name on my birth certificate reads ” Terri Lynn Garrison”, it is written in proper English, not written in all capitol lettering as you have been addressing mail to me with. Legally there is a difference. My married name was Hernandez. I am divorced and just haven’t went to court to have my name legally placed back to its origin. I thank you in advance for the correction.
In argument, your system is fully capable of the correct format in all other wordings and names of employees typed on forms. There then should be no legitimate reason for the incorrect grammar of the English language and the difference between nouns, pronouns, and proper nouns. My name on my birth record is written as a proper noun, which is the correct english format used. So please correct the mistakes made. I am willing to do any testing needed to prove my identity. I believe that any of my siblings would be more than happy to be tested as well to verify my true identity. I am requesting that anyone that has used my legal name in its proper English to be made to undergo the same tests. I may not receive any emails sent to me as a hacker has continually taken over all of my emails accounts as well as even my us postal mail intercepted and then edited and resend if I received it at all. You wouldn’t think that perhaps someone has taken over my proper noun name and then gave me some fake name using all capitol letters do you? If there was not any difference between the two formats , then in school we would not have learned that there was a difference. Yes it is a big deal, the difference is a legal difference as well as a difference in proper grammar. The United States of America knows proper grammar, they also know the legal difference. There is no place on “this” Social Security Admin. website to send email to the SSA. None the less to get the truth out Ill place it anywhere I can. Sooner or later someone will tell the correct person who has a position in our federal government in which they can investigate and find that I am telling the truth. Maybe I can go home then. Ive been homeless for 17 months. Someone is in a great deal of trouble, we impeach our presidents in this country, so some eastern stars who commit federal crimes are not above the law. Yet you need to be able to have a communication line that Is stable. I am trying to get the ipv4 and also ipv6 yet suddenly the connection stops, of course it must be the frauds I pray in the name of Jesus that this emails gets to the person with whom has a position in which they have the authority to investigate this totally.

I have tried on numerous occasions to register online for my Social Security Benefits. Every time I get any error message stating that my Social Security number is incorrect. It is the only number I have for over forty-five years.

After you hear “Briefly tell me why you are calling,” please say “Help Desk” for help with a my Social Security account. Sometimes it might be best to visit your local Social Security office for further assistance. If you do not have a bank account, the Direct Express debit card may be an option for you. Hi, Alfred. Your mother can request a replacement SSA-1099/1042S for Tax Year 2018 by creating a personal my Social Security account. Keep in mind you can only create a my Social Security account using your own personal information and for your own exclusive use. You cannot create or use an account on behalf of your mother, even if you have her written permission. Her local Social Security office can also assist with a replacement 1099. We hope this helps.
