I have been receiving benefits for over a year. I recently had to change my email address. I have since not been able to log in because I can not receive the code by email that is needed to log in. I was told I needed to request a reset code which I did. After receiving this code by mail, I have still not been able to lg in. I called today and after being on hold for 45 min and providing numerous forms of ID verification, I explained my problem and was transferred to the line where you give feedback on the service you received. I received NO HELP to solve my problem. Please advise! Below is my new email address which I have not been able to change because I can not log on.
