   Got reset code what now still can’t use as password so how do use reset code please me tell me step by step can’t get into my account why is it so hard can’t u simplify sign in process

   I received a reset code in the mail at my request to reset my password. The letter gives me the url http://www.socialsecurity.gov/myaccount and enter the reset code I received in the mail. But i go to that page and it is not clear where I enter my reset code.

     •Call us at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778), Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. At the voice prompt, say “helpdesk”; or

     Hi Joe, thank you for using our blog to ask your question. You have been given an activation code. When you go to http://www.ssa.gov/myaccount, select “Finish Setting Up Your Account” where you will enter the information requested, including the account activation code.
