     It has been my experience that if you account is not accessed regularly, the system will no longer accept your information and you have to create a new password

   ive been trying for the last week to make an online account with this site and all i get everytime is you are unable to verify my identity and i know all of my info is correct and true same results everytime i try and to add insult to injury it locks me out for 24 hrs before i can try again and all im trying to do is check on the status of my court hearing this is very annoying to say it politely and a waste of time thank you
