Get a Replacement Social Security Tax Form Online With Ease

If you misplaced your Benefits Statement or haven’t received it by the end of January, we’ve made it easy to go online to get a replacement with a personal my Social Security account.

      Hi Leonard. Thank you for your question. To get a copy of your W-2, you should contact your employer’s human resource or personnel office. We, the Social Security Administration, do not issue copies of W-2s. Another possible source may be the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). We hope this helps.
