I am attempting to make a my social security account and it keeps asking me for an activation code of which I don’t have. Will one be sent in the awards letter and that means I have to wait for it? I have only done the application to receive so benefits related to retirement on July 15th. I am not employed and am just trying to find out when I will be getting my benefits.
Thx for your time

I’ve tried several times to set up an online account, although each time I get the message it can’t verify me. I know the information I’ve entered is correct. I don’t see anywhere how I can contact someone to rectify this and set up an account. This is supposed to be a simple process!

If you live in the netherlands, how can i open an online mysocialsecurity?
Jason H.
So all I want is a benefit letter that I can submit to an NGO where I receive services.I’ve been locked out of mysocialsecurity account because I didn’t change the password and now because i’ve made too many attempts to login even with a reset code-which BTW doesn’t give any instructions on how to use this “one-time reset code”…where do I input the code? So I can’t even get through on the phone the automated voice doesn’t understand me and there is no contact information other then “mysocialsecurity” account FAQ’s and such. So what about people that have no internet access? Time is running out for me to submit my SSDI benefit statement to the NGO-I’ve already missed the submission deadline for my Medicaid-can somebody please help me?

For the past 2 weeks I’ve been trying to create an account online and I’ve had trouble over and over. I’ve used my W-D information from 2016 and have had no luck. Unfortunely, I am unable to go personally to local office due to my new employer. Can someone please email me with further instructions? Thank you.
