Here is SOMETHING I DON’T UNDERSTAND: Why doesn’t the Government PAY BACK THE $2.6 TRILLION Reserve for Social Security that the Government stole from the Citizens of the United States, starting with a BAD, BAD President named Lyndon Johnson??? PAY BACK THE RESERVE FOR SOCIAL SECURITY!!!

DO NOT PAY FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, SUCH AS GIVING THEM A DEBIT CARD WHEN THEY GET INTO THIS COUNTRY and pay for their benefits, and give them jobs that belong to the Citizens of the United States of America!!!

WE, meaning “most” of the people getting Social Security paid FOR ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE AHEAD OF US, and now, because the Government was CROOKED, and the BAD President Johnson starting stealing the Social Security Reserve of $2.6 TRILLION, AND THAT IS WITH A “T”, MEANS THE GOVERNMENT OWES THE SENIOR CITIZENS BIG-TIME FOR THIS THEFT, AND SHOULD NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER be able to cut our Social Security OR Medicare by 20% or 21%. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU, SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!! If anybody is cut, it should be ALL Government workers–CUT BY 21%!!! AND ESPECIALLY EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS!!!

I worked from 17 to 70, and even when jobs were hard to get, and some of it was the hiring of Illegal Immigrants (again SHAME, SHAME, SHAME, ESPECIALLY ON BOTH BUSHES, CLINTON AND ESPECIALLY, ESPECIALLY DINGING OBAMA!!! ) My immediate family have all died and where is their Social Security going??? To the Illegal Immigrants who are doing NOTHING for our country, except for in some cases messing it up and doing a BAD job, which some of it has to do with their not learning to speak ENGLISH!!! AND THEIR TAKING ALL THE BENEFITS THEY CAN GET THEIR HANDS ON!!!!!!!!!!!!

GIVE BACK OUR SOCIAL SECURITY RESERVE OF $2.6 TRILLION, before DOING ANYTHING ELSE WITH ANY MONEY!!! We have been WRONGED!!!

I am 65 years old & have been receiving SDDI benefits for many years. Now that I am 65, I would like to know what process do I need to complete or apply for to receiver SS retirement benefits under my ex-husband’s SSR benefits ACCOUNT. We were married.10 years or longer as required by the SSA; and don’the is currently receiving his SSR benefits.. MY phone number is 303-507-9851. I thank you, in advance, for assisting me in this important matter.

It seems to me that for 8 years the Congress has known that this might be in the wind. Social Security’s cost has exceeded its non-interest income since 2010. Why has no one noticed the over head exceeding cost and doing nothing about it??

    • Snarky

The change in demographics leading to this so-called crisis has been known since the 1980’s. We just kick the can down the road, no one cares,

  8. Edward M.

The Congress (Republicans want the funedbto fail..) since it’s launch by FDR it’s been a target for them..maybe for a few DEMOS..one seem to care except those who care..it’s always a see who can blink first . and the Demos have had their chance too .we keep electing the same band of theves..kick them all out. Starting with Paul Nancy Chuck John Mac Gram and C Grassley.. fix it before it’s too late 2039 not that far off..get our heads out if the sand..you take out more than coming in you go broke.mits simple economic..or is it still taught… Greece is a good example..Wake up America..Build the wall if you must then build up the Social security . Hello is anyone listening..Republicans Demo Indep.Help we are in trouble.Heads up AARP

    • Snarky

If the government goes broke and can’t borrow then it becomes academic as to whether or not SS can pay its obligations. NOTHING will get paid.

  9. Diane

What if i change my name

    • Snarky

      Yes, what if? Who cares?

  10. JOHN L.

The Trustees should charge Congress with Theft.

    • Snarky

Why? Everything borrowed is covered by Treasury bonds.

    • Snarky

      I am an idiot
