Get a Replacement Social Security Tax Form Online With Ease

My local SS office does not respond. I was requested to mail trust documents to get the 1099 for my uncle, I am trustee.
This was over 2 weeks ago and no one will call back or respond.
I cannot close his trust without filing taxes and must have the 1099.
Tried going to the office and they won’t address folks standing outside the door.

• Credit card (last 8 digits) – Visa, Mastercard, or Discover;
• Social Security benefits amount;
• W-2 tax form; or
• 1040 Schedule SE tax form.
