Its nice to see that all the issues ars lined out with the 3rd stimulus i have recieved since late march 2021 3 individual letters telling me what to do if i didnt recieve my stumulus. One from Pres Biden, one from the IRS, and about a month ago one from social security. The IRS “wheres my payment” tool has now changes its story twice. First a check was scheduled to be mailed Aug 23rd. Weeks later now it says i will be recieving a direct deposit (not a check now) at my bank where my SSI is deposited monthly. I filed taxes for 2020 i moved in march but changed my address in a timely manner with the irs as well as a forwarding address. I have dotted all my I’s and crossed all my T’s so im really confused as to where i messed up. This is getting ridiculous. If your going send me 1400.00 i didnt ask for but i could actually use for transportation to get back and fourth to my numerous doctor appointments some 70 miles away. Stop sending me letters telling me what to do if i was a non filer in 2020 because i filed. This leaves me no explanation or option for my situation. Nobody will talk to me about it. The IRS is virtually unacessable at all besides IRS .gov faq. The Social Security Admin says dont ask them questions about stimulus payments. So i just wait. Why i dont know and no one willing to tell me why most SSI folks recieved theres a long time ago. For crying out loud folks this started on March 17th. I worked and paid my taxes for 41 years. Never been a criminal paid my child support to conclusion for 18 years and proud as hell of that. I am an American citizen with disability, a registered active voter all my life. and i think someone would care enough to help me get my check and not 3 letters with no options for finding out why im forgotten. So before we go bragging about how successful all these branches of govt. Have been in getting this job done, how bout you finish all distributions of covid relief to all recipients. No disrespect intended please show EVERY DISABILITY RECIPIENT THIS RESPECT IN RETURN.
