Hi Mrs Bogle , it’s Richie Louis Rodriguez, I blog once in a while . It’s just where my head is at that time. I just find myself , fighting to keep my CA STD , and other things I put hard earned money into . I’m talking when I worked I was packed with every insurance you can think of. Yes but when your hurt and this depression starts kicking in and out . But enough of this from me, I tried to do my civic duty by exposing a exterminating company from England. First mistake , I really could of skated by with a lawyer and told the DOJ nothing. The reason I did was because I was afraid if the US DIstrict attorney found out what I knew I was going to lose everything. So I did my civic duty and it’s been the worst year of my 51 years. I asked my employer if they could help pay 356 utility bill and just got a stair . Well my electricity was turned off , but the point is someone that planned just in case something happened to me . I wouldn’t be relying on SSA , but CA STD have you sign up. My private LTD makes sure you do this as well. So I thought hey since I have a pension as well , somebody would step up. It’s been very hard , so I guess what my point is that a citizen like me should never be denied SSA or SSI . But instead be congratulated and say hey Richie we have your back. I think next time a person isn’t try to take but work for what I have . There should be get some help with a trade off. Like hey we’re going to take your benefits and convert this to our way . I just felt I was safer with SSA behind me , then some corporation that’s going to try to give you the run around . Technically my LTD is more then SDI 2600+600 pension and other little policies. This is what we need to do for people that did work for 33 pls years . It’s basically a trade , and it sure would be a lot easier then how it’s been . Anyways I’m sorry and I’m not mad at you or anybody now. I just think it’s time to rethink on how we can work together so there isn’t people that our mad. I don’t condone how some protesters did some things. But I get why they are mad , nobody needs to have that done to them. I don’t care about his background or private life. He was a human being , and also an American. So I really didn’t feel this holiday because there is freedom but something not right . Thank you so much for letting me say what’s on my mind . And god bless you .

Snitching on you employer didn’t pay off. Now he is out of work and no emplyer wants to hire a snitch.

Desperate for money like all these unemployed Americans he looks to see if he can get free disability money the SSA and CA is handing out.

At least the SSA caught this one, but there are 30 million more unemployed Americans out there and they will soon be applying for SSDI and SSI.

I hope the SSA computer system can handle all the applications. Most of the unemployment system couldn’t handle all the applications.

The SSA better fully staff their field office for all the early retirement and disability applications. Some of those early retirement will be filing for disability too.
