Thank you for your statements Mr. Dudek in regard to the age of the people receiving benefits. Also, I thank Elon Musk and am grateful for all his work and efforts.

I don’t want to appear rude, but Elon Musk has not been properly appointed or vetted BY CONGRESS, which is the only body permitted to do so. The president cannot legally make a new federal department ever; much less “appoint” any of his multi-billionaire cronies to carry out his wishes.

I would like to know why a non-governmental, non-elected group is allowed access (even if it is read only) to SSA information? How do we know if they are violating the law? What is “data related to court ordered temporary restraining order”? What is the restraining order in reference here? As a private citizen can I have a restraining order against DOGE put on my private information? I am also contacting my Senators and my US Representative about this matter. Thank you.

“Our continuing priority is paying beneficiaries the right amount at the right time, and providing other critical services people rely on from us.
DOGE personnel CANNOT make changes to agency systems, benefit payments, or other information. They only have READ access.
DOGE personnel do not have access to data related to a court ordered temporary restraining order, current or future.
DOGE personnel must follow the law and if they violate the law they will be referred to the Department of Justice for possible prosecution.”

If Trump or his goons have anything to do with it then I will be suspect about any communication from Social Security. Trump is a Fascist, a liar and an an adjudicated criminal. All 3 of these are True and part of the public record.

Look, most of us older AMERICANS are not stupid. We voted for and we trust President Trump. SSA has obviously NOT kept our information safe since there have been many data breaches in the last few years. So, DOGE has my permission to do whatever they need to do to straighten out this colossal mess that is SSA.

We need to cut SSA benefits, SSI benefits, VA benefits, Medicaid benefits, Medicare benefits, Federal jobs, so that congress can pass the $4.5 trillion tax cut bill for the rich before the old tax cut for the rich expires.

DOGE is doing a great job firing those federal workers who aren’t doing nothing except collecting a free paycheck. The SSA Commissioner needs to fire more employees.

Lets get rid of social security. All hail Trump and Elon Musk.

Thank you. Your words brought some framework to a world where other words cut like poorly aimed swords and cause chaos. Good luck with your endeavors.

Nowhere in your statement can I find evidence that everyone in DOGE has been fully vetted. Nowhere in your statement can I find evidence that everyone in DOGE is an expert in governmental proceedings. Nor do I see evidence that any changes which may be implemented will first be reviewed and discussed by the House. I do not see what makes you qualified to head this department.
It simply smacks of cronyism. There is no reward of confidence in what you write.

Why have you removed posts that disagree with SS giving out data and how this is being done?
