I am very concerned about social security benefits being altered. I do not trust that DOGE will follow any rules or laws. It upsets me that they even have access to social security numbers, bank information, etc. I pray that as acting commissioner you will have some ability to continue the work and mission of the Social Security Administration.

I am appalled that my personal information has been shared to Elon Musks people who are unqualified and moving way to fast and not taking appropriate security precautions.

Please research those SSNs without a date of death to clear them from the system and/or determine if benefits have been provided when the benefits should not have been. IF benefits have been fraudulently provided, please prosecute the recipients to the fullest extent of the law and recover the wayward benefits if possible. There are 20 million SSNs. Please pay attention to the details.

There’s a heck of a lot more than 20,000,000 SSN’s in America, but only a VERY few fraudulent S.S. recipients. The IRS has actually done a pretty good job up until tRump declared that they weren’t.

Given that it was discovered that one of DOGE was accidentally given more than read-only access in the Treasury system, it would be helpful if you could also specify what audit has been done to make sure that the same type of error has not accidentally occurred within the SSA systems.
