    Mr. Dudek,
I am writing to ask you to look into our case concerning the improper removal of my wife’s Social Security benefits. We have appealed this many times but run into road blocks set up by bureaucrats who refuse to look at all the withheld information.

I did not agree to share my information with anyone other than the SSA. Maybe I need to sue someone.. It seems there is a lot of that happening these days.

I have no confidence in this President or his administration to do anything right for the American people. He has destroyed much in his life and America does not need to be another bad investment for others but s huge windfall for him and his cronies. The SSA has ran successfully for many decades and will if put back in a lock box and paid back all that was squandered from it over the later years. Republicans have hated it since it’s inception and nothing has changed.

I would like clarification on Dudek’s statement that those over 100 years old with no date of death associated with their accounts are not necessarily receiving benefits. Either they are or they aren’t. Doesn’t someone in charge know the answer to this most important question? And why don’t they have a death date associated with their account? My understanding is that when a person dies, the funeral home notifies Social Security.

I hope DOGE finds all the fraud and abuse and, as a result, the savings will go a long way in shoring up the Social Security Trust Fund, which will benefit all of those on SS.

Anne, SSA has the Centanarian project and the Medicare Nonutilization project in place to prevent that. We also automatically cut off benefits at a certain age. Stop feeding into the bs. Does DOGE run SSA? No, they do not.

What does that mean “Commitment to Agency Transparency and Protecting Benefits and Information.” Talk is cheap and don’t mean much. Will you commit to being investigated by someone not associated with the three branches of government? Will you commit to publishing quarterly reports to the public as to the state of Social Security? Will you commit to keeping us informed of unusual activity with Social Security? That means outside people not within the Social Security Administration.

Elon Musk and his pack of hackers have SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO OUR INFORMATION!! If some other 19 year old got into the system, he would immediately be arrested. These malevolent men should be arrested and a crew hired to assess the thievery and hidden back doors and other horrible deeds. They could empty all our bank accounts with the information they have stolen. Who know what they have copied or sold to other hackers. All the Trump cabinet should be jailed for their destruction of public institutions and violation of personal information privacy.

At this point, we all must CONTRIBUTE as much as possible to all 2026 Congressional candidate’s campaign who represent our political values and VOTE FOR THESE CANDIDATES. Also, join appropriate political demonstrations and learn as much as possible about our democracy, plus authoritarian and fascist political systems so we can converse intelligently utilizing facts with those supporting belief systems with which we do not agree. We must be prepared to do everything we can to change the elected majorities at local, state, and national levels to majorities that reflect our values. Solely complaining will get us nowhere, but worse off than we are. Gotta make A LIT OF NOISE!!!!!

The SSA employees that I have interacted with over the years have been very helpful. It has always been a good experience.

I also believe there is always room for improvement, be it systems, process or new innovations.

Absolutely discovering and eliminating fraud will benefit all of us.

So far no fraud has been found in any agency they have conducted searches through. Going in like a butcher rather than a surgeon is a huge mistake and will be very costly to our pocketbooks, wait and see. It’s already begun. He has done nothing however for food or gas prices? That was what he primarily ran on. Priorities are absolutely HIS…as always!

Thank you Rhonda. A lot of the fraud and abuse is due to our legislation and what we can go after in court. There is a set dollar amount. Also, these individuals have waiver and appeal rights which id absolute nonsense and out of the hands of the SSA employees. Look to your congressional leadership to get stricter policies in place. The blame game on the employees is nonsense. We could also use a more efficient misuse program.

As many others are, I deplore that access to private information that should be kept secure was given to Musk and Trump. Musk’s “boys” had no security clearance, nor does Musk.
I have always trusted that the Social Security Administration used sound measures to protect our information.

I also am concerned that my retirement will be marginalized if “benefits” are reduced. I paid into the system for 38 years, expecting to receive what I was due. My Medicare is essential. I paid for that and continue to pay monthly, It is a critical support system for me. These are not “benefits” or entitilements. I earned these payments.
Musk amd Trump have no concept of what it means to live on a small, fixed income. They lack the empathy to even concieve of living frugally. Thank you for the opportunity to make comments.
