It’s a matter of trust. Based on the constant and ongoing provable lies from Trump and his administration, we cannot trust what he or any of his appointees are doing and saying.

I don’t like my personal information being accessed. No one signed a RELEASE OF INFORMATION that gives ANYONE access to our accounts.

I have a hard time believing anything that anyone who has been appointed by this administration says. The Doge should not have even read access to anything in the Social Security Office. By having read only access they can get any ones information they are looking for. Where are the auditors and accountants in this. Everything the Doge does should have auditors and accountants alongside them!

It will be helpful for the public to continue the transparency with regard to the number of persons over 100 without death dates on file – rather than simply knowing that not all are receiving benefits, nail down actual numbers as well as what expenditure total was unwarranted and how much of that will be recovered.

The comment from Mr. Dudek is very reassuring, but what happens when the DOGE NAZIS press him for more and he (has to) resign?

I think DUDEK has integrity.
He will resign if DOGE is out of bounds….maybe!

Please list his accomplishments and reasons you believe he has integrity and trust? He was appointed by one of the most untrustworthy people on earth.

DOGE should not have any access to Social Security. They have not been properly vetted for background and security clearance.

Ok, having some IT experience (30+ years), Read access doesn’t prevent downloading and sharing of the information. What safe gards are in place to prevent this, EXACTLY what information will they be looking at? Has anyone seen a detailed list of the information? Has DOGE provided one. What level of vetting has been done on these people, just beacse they worked at TESLA doenst make them a good choice to do this work. Are they all US citizens or are some of them here on a work visa? These are just a very small number of questions people should be asking. Also how do I prevent them from seeing my information?

I very much trust that President Trump, DOGE, and Acting Commissioner Dudek will do what is right for America.

As retired people living off SS, we were, with the Inflation of the past 4 years, forced to sell a piece of property, that we had wanted to build on and downsize. We had Capitol Gains and paid both the Federal Government and State in March 2024. In November we received notification, our SS increases would be reduced by doubling our Part B, effectively reducing my Monthly Amount, ditto, my wife!

Many of us Baby boomers have worked all our lives and have paid in Billions of dollars to the SS system. We depend on it for our retirement. For years the Government has taken money for Pork barrel programs and to pay benefits to those who have not earned it. With all the money paid in from working people there should never be a liquidity problem. So, where is our money?
